Looking at all devices being used to access the Internet, especially those which will reach the market in the next 6 to 12 months, it is safe to expect that users will ask for a seamless integration of all kinds of access technologies for their mobile devices (which will be more palm or notebook sized screens than mobile phones as we know them today).
The ability to deliver a seamless integration of access alternatives to remote data (through xDSL, cable TV, Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11, GPRS and later UMTS) will therefore become a key competence of network operators in order to sell their bandwidth at reasonable prices. We would develop a solution that provides consistent user experience independent of the type of terminal and access network used.
