Combining software codec improvements with increasing ADSL and Cablemodem bandwidths, enables the delivery of live TV channels in S-VHS quality to your computer. With the emergence of capable mobile devices and higher speed wireless networks we can even stream multimedia content to them over the exact same infrastructure.
So really, it's just a matter of time before the "more" you want, will soon be coming to a computer or mobile device near you!
