For a Help Desk, making decisions on the incoming telephone number will improve performance. In our application, callers from French speaking regions received voice prompts in French, in German regions in German and so on. More significantly, address information collected from the replies to the system's " voice prompts" could be retrieved by the decentralized group of CSRs for order completion when and from where the CSRs were available.
